PRO-BALANCE® manifolds make circuit balancing easy. You can visually check flow rates and adjust the circuits with the key that comes in the box. These manifolds look professional, which is important, since in most radiant heating, cooling or snow and ice melting projects, the manifold is the only piece of equipment that is visible. PRO-BALANCE manifolds provide all this and more. Delivered pre-assembled and ready to install. Use with 10.1 mm and 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 in. RAUPEX pipes using REHAU manifold connections (sold separately). Compatible with REHAU manifold valve actuator (Art. 260166).	PRO-BALANCE® 1 in. manifolds are used for distributing and regulating the volume of flow in radiant systems. The PRO-BALANCE 1 in. manifold is equipped with integrated flow gauge/shutoff valves and circuit balancing isolation valves which allow individual complete circuit isolation. Note the following: • Must be operated using heating water, which is free of corrosive particles or other contaminants that can damage the manifold. • Maximum permissible continuous operating pressure for 100% water is 87 psi (6 bar) at 180°F (82.2°C). See Fig. 2. • Maximum permissible test pressure is 150 psi (10.3 bar) at water temperature < 86°F (30°C) and maximum ambient temperature 104°F (40°C). • Use manifolds only as intended in order for REHAU’s PEXa Limited Warranty to apply. Each manifold is ready for installation and includes: •Supply/return manifold isolation valves with mini-thermometers. • Air vent/boiler drain valves. • Visual flow gauges on the supply header. • Circuit balancing/isolation valves on the return header. • Mounting brackets. • Vent key and holder. • Circuit chart. • R-20 connections are available for pipe drops from 3/8 to 3/4 in. circuits with either EVERLOC+ compression-sleeve connections or compression nut style connections. • Number of stations: 8 • Manifold length: 25.2- inches • Unit weight: 11.6 lbs
